Preparing for Your Appointment

We are accepting new patients.

Please call  (623) 254-7271 to request an appointment with Dr. Gandhok. You can also request an appointment online and our team will contact you with available times.

At Sage Hematology and Oncology, you, the patient, are our primary focus.

We want you to be comfortable and feel well informed during our mutual journey.

So that your appointments go smoothly, we ask that you:

• Arrive at least 20 minutes in advance for your initial clinic appointment.

• In addition, we recommend bringing a supportive friend or family member for your initial appointment. They will help you remember questions and information the oncologist will provide.

•  Bring a photo ID and your insurance card(s).

•  Notify us of any allergies.

• Bring all current medication bottles, including over-the-counter medicines and supplements, or an updated list.

• Update us on any changes of your name, address, phone number, employment, or insurance each visit.

• We welcome and will gladly address any/all questions or concerns that you may have for your cancer care team.

• Should you have to cancel or reschedule, please provide as much notice as possible so we can accommodate other patients waiting to see the doctor.
